Recruitment

The recruitment process is based on individual interviews.

The objective of these interviews is to check the appropriateness between your profile and the vacant position in terms of competence, motivation, capacity of accomplishing missions etc.

Number of interviews varies between 2 and 4 as per the vacant position. The interviews are conducted by the Employment-Training Manager, Operation Manager and eventually other managers of the company.

They take place at our premises in Paris, except for the sales representatives, whose selection will take place in the region where the position is vacant.
