A bit of history

The company was formed way back to in 1760, an era in which André Chenue SA was attached to the exclusive services of Marie-Antoinette as a royal packer. Thus the charge of careful packing of the baby-linen (containing an important list of linen for the mother, child, underlinen and the cradle), and then all the royal lingerie was also entrusted upon us.

Following this, we were entrusted with manufacturing of all the crates, trunks and boxes for transport or storage of the royal clothing.

. . . and a trade was born. André Chenue became the main craftsman in the field, preserving the tradition till modern times for the service of art.
